Product Highlights
You can see the maker's hands
The throwing ridges spiral up the walls and the glaze breaks over them in speckles. Run a thumb along the side and you can feel where the potter's fingers were.
Built for the slow morning
Thick stoneware walls hold heat through a long brew and a longer sit. The wide base keeps it steady while you pour, read, and refill.
A set that ages with you
The high-fired glaze resists staining and dishwashers, and the unglazed foot ring darkens gently with years of use - like a leather wallet, but for coffee.

Product Details
Slow coffee deserves better than plastic. This pour-over set - a cone dripper and its matching 350 ml mug - is wheel-thrown from stoneware clay and glazed in a speckled finish that keeps the throwing ridges visible.
The dripper takes standard cone filters (size 02) and sits securely on the mug or on any cup up to 10 cm wide. Stoneware holds heat noticeably longer than thin ceramic, so your brew stays warm through a slow morning.
Because every set is thrown and glazed by hand in a small studio, speckle patterns and clay tones vary slightly from piece to piece. Yours will be the only one exactly like it.
What is included: dripper cone, 350 ml mug, and 20 paper filters to start.

The photos undersell it. The glaze has depth you only see in person and the mug keeps coffee hot through my whole morning journaling session. Packaging was museum-grade.

I own a shelf of mass-produced drippers and this immediately became the one I use daily. The ridges under the glaze are beautiful, and the brew drains at a nice steady rate with standard 02 filters.

Bought the Matte Sand as a gift for my husband and now I am ordering the Speckled Cream for myself. It feels substantial in the hand, like something that will be in the family for years.

Really lovely set. Only reason for four stars: my mug is slightly smaller than listed - which the shop does warn about since it is handmade. The coffee tastes better out of it, I will admit that.

Arrived double-boxed and perfect. The unglazed clay ring at the base is a nice touch - it grips the table and shows the raw material. My set has a speckle pattern like a quail egg.

The heat retention is not marketing. Stoneware really does keep the cup warm twice as long as my old porcelain mug. Beautiful, functional, and mine is one of a kind. What else can you ask.
Questions & Answers
Answers to the questions buyers ask most before ordering.
Is each set really unique? What kind of variation should I expect?
Every dripper and mug is thrown on the wheel and glazed by hand in a small studio, so no two come out identical. Expect slight differences in speckle density, glaze tone, and the exact height of the throwing ridges - usually within a few millimeters of the listed dimensions. The photos show representative sets; yours will be recognizably the same design with its own character.
What filters does the dripper use? Do I need a special kettle?
It takes standard size 02 cone filters - the most common kind, available in supermarkets and online everywhere. Twenty filters are included to get you started. A gooseneck kettle gives you nicer pour control, but plenty of customers brew happily with a regular kettle poured slowly. The cone geometry is forgiving.
Will the dripper fit my existing mugs, or only the included one?
The dripper has a wide, flat base ring that sits securely on any mug or cup up to about 10 cm across, and on small carafes too. The included 350 ml mug is matched to it visually and in proportion, but the two pieces work independently - many customers use the dripper over a carafe when brewing for two.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe, being handmade?
Yes. The stoneware is high-fired and the glaze is a durable, food-safe formulation, so both pieces handle the dishwasher and microwave without trouble. The only care note: like all pottery, avoid extreme thermal shock - do not take it from the freezer straight into boiling water. Everyday coffee use is exactly what it is built for.
How is it packed for shipping? Ceramics make me nervous.
Each set ships double-boxed with molded pulp inserts holding the dripper and mug separately, so nothing touches during transit. Breakage is rare, but if anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we ship a replacement at no cost - no need to return the broken piece.
